Our Medical Social Workers will give you access to resources for Healthcare Policies, Alternative Living Arrangements, and Supportive Case Work.
They can also provide Grief Counseling, Parenting Guidance, and Assist the Patient with Hospital Discharge. In some cases, they can conduct Psychosocial Evaluation and recommend the appropriate rehabilitation program for the individual.
